We’re delighted to be hosting a Beer and Blues Festival at Warehouse 4 this July. The festival will feature live acts, craft beers and street food throughout the three days.
The Beer and Blues Festival is taking place at our waterfront taproom between Friday July 29th and Saturday July 31st and it is free is to enter. Doors are open from 12noon every day. There will be live music from 5pm-9pm on Friday, 12pm to 9pm on Saturday and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday (times are subject to change). Hot food will be available throughout the festival from our on site BBQ and street food vendors.
It is part of the wider Gloucester Rhythm and Blues Festival. Live acts confirmed so far for the festival are below with more details to follow:
Friday:
5pm: Eddie Martin
Eddie kick starts our festival with an amazing range.
7:30pm: Guy Tortora Trio
The party ramps up with this incredible show from the talented trio
Saturday:
1pm: Greg Brice
After performing at our first Blues festival, Greg returns to bring another brilliant set of blues to Warehouse 4
3:30pm Rev Robert
Crossing the Atlantic from his home state of Illinois to perform a nationwide blues tour Rev Robert brings a truly awe inspiring talent, showcasing his mastery of pre-war blues.
6pm: Ben Tyzack
Born in London but raised in the deep south of the USA, Ben’s musical style reflects these experiences. An intoxicating blend from the raw delta blues of Robert Johnson to the powerful soundscapes of Jimmy Page.
8:30pm: Mark Harrison
There is no one in music quite like Mark Harrison. He is widely considered one of the most original and interesting artists currently operating in the UK.
Sunday:
1pm: Fran McGillvray
Rhythmic original songs, Blues and Americana featuring the sublime and soulful voice of Fran McGillvray
3:30pm: Blueshounds
Bursting with energy, Blueshounds bring 28 years of history and love for blues music. Locally-based and guaranteed to put on a great show.
